Annual Boiler Service
We will check that your boiler is running safely and efficiently. We will also clean important parts, like the condense trap, electrodes, heat exchanger, and burner.
We will top up the system if needed.
We ensure the water cylinder and controls are working correctly
Full Boiler Service
Includes everything in an annual service, but with a bit more TLC.
We will supply and install a boiler service kit. This kit includes new burner seals, gaskets, and electrodes.
Manufacturers recommended this every 5 years.
We check all your radiators to make sure they are bled.
We will advise and quote for any potential issues that we identify during the service.
Please let us know if you have any concerns before scheduling a service. This may require extra time and could lead to additional fees.
